  2. Green peppers/bell pepper are the only veggie that I know of that you can freeze without parboiling. Just cut off tops and remove seeds, wrap and pop in the freezer to be used later.

  3. A RECIPE THAT IS NOT SHARED WITH OTHERS WILL SOON BE FORGOTTEN, BUT WHEN IT'S SHARED, IT WILL BE ENJOYED BY FUTURE GENERATIONS.

  4. When I was a girl, my Grandmother would fix for breakfast in the summertime, Bacon, scrambled eggs and sliced cantaloupe. The salty bacon and sweet melon were a perfect compliment to each other. She would make the sliced melon look like a quarter shape moon that we could pick up with our fingers instead of having to cut it with a knife and use a fork. I always think of those breakfast every time I see a cantaloupe.

  5. This is great, I'm actually getting tired of Henry's, Seems everything spoils to quickly, especially the fruit. Do you think your farm will start growing fruit in the future? Great Job, keep up the ago old tradition of farming and using todays technology.
